This form is used by the Membership/Awards committee person to report that Cub Scouts have earned certain forms of recognition such as Webelos activity pins, Compass Points, Arrow of Light and any Bobcat, Tiger, Wolf, Bear, or Webelos rank badge.
Other recognition, such as belt loops and arrow points, do not get reported on this form.
In Pack 356, Den Leaders simply need to report all recognition to the Membership/Awards committee person, who will enter the data into our Packmaster software. Packmaster allows the Pack to track advancement and to create advancement reports.
