Tiger Cubs note - Tiger Cub parents become registered leaders of BSA by completing
the center ('Adult partner for Tiger Cub') section of the Cub Scout application and
are not required to complete the Adult Application. If a Tiger Parent will be the
Tiger Den Leader or Asst Leader, they should also check the designated box in the
center section of the Cub Scout application.
