A number of Leader Recognition Awards are available through BSA. In general, all of the awards require that a leader hold a certain postion for some period of time, complete a specific amount of training (including attendance at Roundtables or a Pow Wow ), and meet some number of specific performance objects for their position.
Leaders who meet all of the requirements and receive an award are entitled to wear the 'Square Knot' patch associated with that award.
This form can be used by the leader or unit committee to track accomplishments that might lead to one of these awards.
